I don't know which species of Tegenaria these are, but they all have the
long spinnerets which identify members of the family Agelenidae.
One of the members of this family is Tegenaria agrestis or "Hobo
Spider." This species is not native to North America, but
was introduced from Europe. It is considered somewhat
dangerous, causing necrotic tissue loss. Apparently, it can't be
identified from a description or picture alone, since it is nearly
identical to related species, including the European House Spider, Tegenaria
gigantea. It needs to be identified using a microscope.
